Women's Wellbeing
Hello my lovely sweet friends, how are you all? Hope you are keeping well π€ Lately it has turned really cold, people are falling ill and feeling under the weather π₯Ά I was like that a few days back, slowly getting back on form, and trying to keep my children from getting ill π€
Anyways I am back now and ready to blog for you all π So today's post is a little different. We Women are incredible beings but doesn't go to say that we don't feel tired or fall ill. In my opinion, we women are the greatest of mankind, for we have the ability to endure all the crap that is thrown at us, have so much patience, and above all the power to reproduce, which is the greatest phenomenon to ever exist! π₯³ That is why my blog today is about appreciating oneself and give credit to yourself that God made you a Women! π₯°
So today's post will focus on well being, and how to lookafter yourself ππΌRead on for some awesome tips and tricks, aswell as great bits of advice ππΌ

πΉ️ First of all let me start with a very important note!
Ladies! It is so very important that we communicate with each other! ⚠️ It is a shame that some women find it very hard to express their feelings and just to even have a friendly chat. Like they say, only a woman can understand another woman's pain, I very much agree with this point ππΌ Women love to natter, and a friendly chat helps to open us up, come out of our shell and explore the diverse creation that we are. Encouraging other women to open up about their feelings will help us understand each other better, making friendships along the way, and strengthening a network that is built by women for women and of being the women that we are π₯° Why not hold a gathering with all your womenfolk, just for the fun of it? Chatting over coffee and cake, will certainly make you feel better and glad that you got things off your chest. Trust me you will feel super good that you did! π€
πΊ Being a woman is hard job. Its sad that we get don't get instruction manuals, but our bodies tell us when something is out of whack! π£ Taking time to get some much needed rest, is nowhere near a dream come true, but must we be so hard on ourselves? Whenever you get some "me time" make the most of it! I mean Really, do make the most of it. This time you have to rest is precious, so put your feet up with a mug of hot chocolate, and just relax! Close your eyes and drift off to slumberland, and oh, don't forget to chuck in some Marshmellows in your Hot chocolate ☕π« Remember.... Silence is Golden! π΄
πΉ Taking care of yourself should be a priority, not just put on the backburner π₯ we work so hard, putting everyone in front of us, neglecting our own health. Whenever you sense something my not be right, make a trip to your GP. Tell them how you feel, and get help to help yourself. Do yourself a favour and get advice on how best to lookafter your wellbeing. Doctor's advice are key! πππ§♀️
ππ Planning your day is a great way to organise yourself. Mothers feel as though they do a double shift especially when they are running constantly behind their kids π«π» Single women are busy too, if they find themself married to their job π Using a planner or writing down reminders are a useful habit that help you run your day smoothly and to plan any unplanned suprises, that you may suddenly encounter. Knowing what you are likely to do with your day helps organise yourself keeping you calm and confident. So go on, plan your day and make the most it ππ
π°⌛ Spending quality time with your family is just out of this world! π Taking time out of your busy schedules to spend on your kids and family is the best thing you can do. Keeping everyone happy seems impossible, but this shouldn't be a chore when it comes to your kids, who need you the most π₯° At least dedicate 1 day in the week where your children have your full attention and love, because family is another name for love π and you shouldn't compromise this for anything. Make a date with your children, to enjoy and have fun, and of course make memories! Do activities with them π§♀️ππ€Ό♂️ and just enjoy yourself?
π What do you enjoy doing? You may have more than one talent, something that can maybe earn you some money? π·π° Hidden talents always go unnoticed, and it's a shame that we don't recognise this talent. Maybe you can play the guitar πΈ Writing stories? π Making Jewellry? πΏπ Take an opportunity to invest in yourself. You can make a hobby into a profession, and who knows? You can make a champion out of yourself π creativity sparks a passion that makes the inner artist emerge into the limelight! π
π Do what makes you Happy! π€ Do you agree? Because I know I do! Having a positive outlook on life, balances the mind and body, releasing "happy hormones" π what do you like doing to make yourself happy? Cooking/baking? π©π³ Make up? πππ exercise/sports? π₯⛹️♀️ Arts and crafts? π¨πΌππ So go ahead and put your mind at ease, by doing whatever you like!
πΈ️ Taking care of yourself both internally and externally should be a priority. You owe it to yourself to maintain your mind body and soul πΈ when you feel good, you can accomplish many things, and that should be a proud achievement ππ½ but sometimes we feel run down π₯΄ and low on energy ππWhy not consider taking vitamins and mineral supplements? Maybe you need a boost, to keep you in tip top shape π𧴠Look out for vitamins designed for women and make sure it fits around your lifestyle, like A to Z vitamins, e.g Well Woman, Centrium multi vitamin supplements etc ππΌ

⚕ Eating Healthy is very important for everyone. We all have busy lifestyles that sometimes force us to make unhealthy choices when it comes to food πππ©π«π¦ That is unavoidable, but other times when we can eat healthy, making sure we eat our greens π₯¦π₯¬π will be beneficial to our health! Like they say, Health is Wealth, we must understand the importance that we are what we eat, so if you eat well, you live well ππππ.
Nature has given us a huge variety in foods, from Meat & poultry ππ₯©π₯, dairy products π§π₯π₯ fish π€ππ¦ fruits ππ₯₯π₯π and vegetables π₯π₯ππ₯ nuts π₯π° etc, etc. Eating a variety of these foods in moderation and portion sizes, will contribute to good health and well balanced living. Remember; Better eating habits = Healthy wellbeing π️♀️
π«π€― Feeling stressed out?? Don't be! Stress and Tension build up due to unplanned things and unforseen circumstances. But that doesn't mean it can't be dealt with. We just need to divert the attention, or learn how to handle it π€ One of the best remedies for this is to go on a walk πΆ♀️ I couldn't agree more on this. Trust me it works wonders and works for everyone! ππΌ Looking at the problem trying to solve it, especially when we don't have a clue what to do in the first place, mounts on the stress and pressure. Going for a walk, diverting our attention or doing something else for a while always helps to calm us down, making a clear thinking space, and getting the answer to your problem, eventually making it easier to sort it out ✅ Keeping a π️ on situations π the Stress from building up π️ing up our pent up energy and easing the pressure we feel π
⌚ Make time to enjoy yourself! Pamper yourself π§♀️π π keep fit by doing some exercise! If you cant commit to a strict regime, do something gentle like yoga or meditation π§♀️π΄πΌ♀️π Run yourself a hot bath π π§Ό or go have a nap π Apply your favourite facemask and chill π€π» Dance like no one is watching ππ» watch your favourite t.v programme πΊ Make sure you take time out to relax. You deserve it! ♥️
